Parent Circles
Parenting can feel isolating, especially when you are questioning things that everyone around you seems to take for granted. Parent Circles are small group sessions where parents come together to slow down, reflect, and have honest conversations about family life.
Each session is built around a theme, a question, or a short reading. Himmat brings a loose framework to each gathering and opens the floor to whatever is most alive in the room. These are not classes or lectures. They are conversations — a place to hear yourself think and be in the company of other parents who care deeply about family life.
Online Parent Circle Sessions
The online parent circle is open to parents of children of any age. It's a low-pressure way to slow down, share what you are experiencing in your home, and connect with other parents who are asking similar questions about family life.
Sessions are held online and run for 60 minutes. You can drop in for a single gathering or join as a series takes shape. No preparation needed, just show up.

Early Years Circle
For parents of children ages 0–7
The early years are a time of rhythm, warmth, and imitation — children at this stage absorb everything in their environment, which makes the tone and simplicity of home life especially powerful.
This circle offers a place to reflect on life with young children in a way that feels grounding and human. Conversations may touch on rhythm, sleep, tantrums, play, boundaries, overstimulation, and the desire for a home life that feels calmer and less hurried.
